Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped once a week, every Sunday. Orders placed throughout the week will be shipped together on the following Sunday.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 7 days from when you place your order to when it ships. You will receive a confirmation with tracking once it is on its way.

Shipping Rates

We ship within Canada. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Delivery times vary depending on Canada Post.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available exclusively for clients who have also booked a service at the studio. If no service has been booked, your order will be shipped. Pickup details are provided after your appointment is confirmed.
