Refund Policy

Physical Products

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

Courses

Course bookings are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your session and we will do our best to find a new date. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the session.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
