Henna

How long does henna last?

It depends on the color. Brown henna lasts around 2 weeks and starts out orange before darkening over the first 24 hours. Cherry Red and Black both last 4 to 5 days and stain directly without the darkening process.

What is the difference between the three cone colors?

Brown is a traditional henna shade that deepens over time and offers the longest wear. Cherry Red is a vibrant, direct stain with a bold result. Black is the darkest and most defined shade, great for intricate designs. All three are handcrafted and ready to use straight from the cone.

How do I apply the cone?

Cut a small opening at the tip of the cone and apply gentle, steady pressure to draw your design. Let the paste dry completely before touching. For best results, apply our Lemon and Sugar Sealant over the dried paste to deepen and extend the color.

What does the Lemon and Sugar Sealant do?

The sealant is applied over dried henna paste to lock in the dye and help the color go darker. It also protects the design while the paste is still on your skin. It is made with natural lemon juice and sugar, no harsh chemicals.

What is included in the Henna Kit?

The kit includes a black cone, a brown cone, our Lemon and Sugar Sealant, cotton pads, a stencil, alcohol, gloves, q-tips, oil, and instructions. Everything you need to get started.

Are the products safe for sensitive skin?

Our henna cones are made with natural ingredients. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend doing a small patch test on a discreet area before a full application.

Shipping and Orders

When do you ship?

We ship every Sunday. All orders placed during the week go out together on the following Sunday.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location and Canada Post service levels. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information.

Do you offer local pickup?

Local pickup is available only for clients who have also booked a service at the studio. If no service has been booked, your order will be shipped. Pickup details are provided after your appointment is confirmed.

Can I return a product?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Courses

What is covered in the courses?

Each course is private and tailored to you. The Henna Course covers everything from basic lines to full designs across 3 one-hour sessions, with all materials included. The Tooth Gems and Teeth Whitening courses teach you the full technique so you can offer the service yourself, with all materials included.

Do I need any prior experience?

No experience is required. The courses are designed for complete beginners as well as those looking to refine an existing skill.

How do I book a course?

Purchase the course through the store and you will be contacted to schedule your sessions at a time that works for you.

Are course bookings refundable?

Course bookings are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours before your session and we will do our best to find a new date. See our full Refund Policy for details.
